Questions
What kind of protein is in it?
Calcium caseinate, a milk protein. Together with the oats it gives 20.9g of protein per 60g tub.
Is it lactose-free or dairy-free?
No. PROATS contains milk (calcium caseinate), so it isn’t suitable if you avoid dairy.
Is it gluten-free?
PROATS is made with oats and isn’t sold as a gluten-free product. If you have coeliac disease or a gluten intolerance, please don’t rely on it being gluten-free.
How is it sweetened?
With sucralose. There’s no added sugar; the 0.7g of sugar per tub comes naturally from the ingredients.
Can I make it with milk instead of water?
Yes, heated milk works and makes it creamier. That changes the nutrition values from the table above.
How long does it keep?
Unopened tubs keep for [XX] months in a cool, dry place. Check the best-before date on the lid.
